He has trained hundreds of sales reps for companies large and small and has achieved several awards for outstanding sales management.

 

David has a BA from University of Maryland and has worked in the Telecommunication, Electronic Security, Retail, Lead Generating and Home Improvement industries during his career.

Sales Tune Up - $250

5.5 full hours

Sales Training for Staff

 

Suggesting and implementing best practices. Full review with client of class participants skill level. Follow up at 2 weeks to determine and review results.

  • Intensive sales training for all customer facing employees based upon proven methods

  • Reviewing and implementing best sales practices for sales preparation, presentation, closing and referrals

  • Providing each participant with a personalized workbook, and reference guide 

  • Role playing and review of actual sales situations

  • Review of participants sales skill level if requested

  • Follow up with client after 2 weeks to review progress

 

Sales Management Outsourcing —

Level 1 $700

1 week / 40 full hours

Training Sales/Service Force

 

Performing all sales management functions including training measuring and assessing sales/service staff, working with sales on real time opportunities, review of incentive plans providing client with a complete written assessment and strategy for moving forward follow up at 2 weeks and 6 weeks to review progress and results.

 

Sales Management —

Level 2 - $1200

2 weeks  / 80 full  hours

Outsourced Sales Management 

 

Includes field ride alongs and site visits with staff review of incentive plans follow up at 2, 6, and 9 weeks to review progress and results.
